Listings and orders

We work to present accurate descriptions, options, images, and prices, while mistakes can require correction. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; stock, address, payment, fraud, or technical problems may lead to a permitted limitation or cancellation. Applicable tax and delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery and after-sale matters

The Shipping Policy distinguishes order preparation from transit. The Refund Policy accepts eligible new unused no-defect returns as well as problem-product requests and eligible exchanges, subject to review and stock. Request help within 30 days after delivery, obtain approval before mailing with the free prepaid label included in the parcel, and pay no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed and initiated within 10 days; non-waivable rights remain.
